Preheat to 200 gr. oven. Mix a quarter cup of flour with salt, ground black and red pepper (a quarter tsp each).

In the second bowl, mix eggs, yogurt, flour (half a mug and 2 tablespoons) with each other until smooth.

Chop the chips.

Cut the onion into rings a centimeter wide.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment, grease with oil.

Preheat the baking sheet in the oven for eight minutes. Roll onion rings in the flour mixture (in the first bowl).

Then dip the rings into the dough, let the excess mass drain.
Roll in chips.

Put onion rings on a baking sheet, bake until golden brown on both sides (about 8 minutes).

Add hot salt to the finished rings.
