Pass walnuts through a meat grinder.
Cook poppy seeds in milk for 15 minutes. Then pass through a meat grinder.

Boil the orange in water for 15 minutes. Then drain the water, pour a new one, cook for another 15 minutes. Then repeat the procedure. Cut the cooked orange into pieces, chop it with a blender.



Beat the eggs until the sugar is completely dissolved, add sour cream, softened butter, soda, quenched with vinegar or lemon juice, flour. Knead the dough and divide it into 4 parts.



Add your own ingredient to each part: cocoa, nuts, poppy seeds and raisins.
Bake each cake separately for 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

For the cream, beat condensed milk with butter, add powdered milk and crushed orange.



Spread the cakes on a dish in any order, smearing them with cream.
Leave the finished cake on the table for 1 hour for impregnation, then put it in the refrigerator.
