Step-by-step cooking
Take a deep dish (preferably enameled), mix flour, salt, sugar, soda and softened butter in it, as well as butter, egg and kefir. Mix everything well. Form a ball of dough, make a shallow incision in the shape of the letter "X" on it.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Grease a baking sheet (or baking dish) with vegetable oil, put the dough on it. You can grease the top with kefir (only a little), and put it in the oven for forty to fifty minutes.
After the bread is baked (you will know it by the wonderful smell from the oven), transfer it to a plate or tray and let it cool down a little.
And now you can taste your homemade delicious bread, so hot, with a crispy crust. It will suit any meal, and just with a glass of milk – a real pleasure!
Bon appetit!
