The oven is preheated, the future cakes are already on the baking sheet. It's time to prepare a delicious cream for them. We will do it like this:
1. Put the softened butter in a bowl, add powdered sugar and vanilla to it. Beat with a mixer until the mass becomes snow-white in appearance.
2. Whipping the cream at high speed, add condensed milk in small portions.
3. The cottage cheese rubbed through a sieve is mixed into the cream, after which the mass must be beaten again until a homogeneous consistency.
Everything is ready. Put the cream in the refrigerator for now, and when the finished cakes cool down, you can go directly to filling them with cream and decorating.
