Boil water, add sugar, salt, butter and vegetable oil, mix.
Remove the pan from the heat and, adding a little flour, quickly mix the dough with a wooden spoon.
Add flour until it is possible to stir.
Then, when the dough cools down a little, add eggs one at a time, stirring actively.
Mix the yeast with the remaining flour and add the mixture to the dough. Knead well, adding flour if necessary.
Flour will take a little more or less than two kilograms, depending on the moisture content of the flour and the size of the eggs.
Put the dough in a warm place to approach.
As soon as the dough increases in volume, knead it and leave it again so that it fits.
Then you can form pies or pies.
