Cooking method
Since the cakes are baked very quickly, we will prepare the custard first. Pour milk into a saucepan, break 2 eggs, add vanilla sugar, 60 g of flour, sugar and put on a slow fire. Mix everything together.
Stirring occasionally, let it boil. When the cream boils and thickens, add the butter and remove from heat.
While the cream is being prepared, let's start making cakes. Preheat the pan immediately over medium heat. In a bowl we send condensed milk, 1 egg, baking powder. Mix it up.
Then - 350 g of sifted flour, mix. Add another 100 g of flour and knead the dough with your hands. Divide the dough into 8 parts.
We roll out each part and use a plate to cut out smooth round cakes.
Bake the cakes in a frying pan without adding oil for 1 minute on one side and 30 seconds on the other side.
We assemble the cake: we spread the cake, then we smear it with cream. Repeat the process with all the cakes.
Chop the walnuts and sprinkle the cake on top.
Quick custard cake is ready.
It is advisable to let the custard cake brew in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
