Mix milk and kefir, add eggs, mix - I use a fork at the initial stage, and then knead the dough with my hands. Add salt, sugar and soda, mix. Gradually we begin to add flour. The dough will be soft and slightly sticky to the hands. Add sunflower oil and knead well. It will all take no more than 10 minutes!
Now the dough needs to "rest" - we leave it for 5-10 minutes, putting it in a cellophane bag - very convenient.
When the dough lies down - it's ready! You can make belyashi or any pies.
