Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 hours

All products must be at room temperature - this is always important for yeast dough.
Dilute the yeast with warm water, adding sugar.
While the yeast is suitable, mix the rest of the ingredients, except flour.
When the yeast bubbles, pour them into the total mass and start gradually adding flour, kneading the dough. It should be soft and elastic.
Cover the finished dough with a film, and then with a towel and leave it to come up for one and a half to two hours, beating it in an hour.
When the dough rises for the second time, start forming the whites.
