    Gradually pour the sifted flour into the bowl and knead the dough. It is not necessary to pour all the flour at once. It may need a little more or less of the specified amount. Be guided by the consistency of the finished dough. first, knead the dough in a bowl. Then, when it becomes thicker, put it on the table and continue kneading with your hands. At the end of the kneading, lubricate your hands with vegetable oil and knead the dough a little more.

    It will be covered with an oil film on the outside and will not dry out during baking. Let the finished dough lie down for 10 minutes. For pizza, roll out the dough, prick with a fork, brush with sauce and put in the oven for 3-5 minutes. The dough will catch a little and will not be wet from the filling. Then put the filling on it and bake until ready for another 5-7 minutes. Cook with pleasure!
