Sangrita's culinary recipe comes from Mexico. Translated into Russian means "blood". Sangrita is made in the form of a non-alcoholic cocktail and adding tequila directly into it. Sangrita is either washed down with alcohol, or drunk as an independent drink. Do not be confused by the components of the cocktail, the result is an unexpectedly pleasant drink. Tomatoes are washed, cut crosswise and put into boiling water for a minute to remove the skin. We cut them into several parts and use a blender to grind them to a puree-like state. Then, using a citrus juicer, squeeze the juice out of the oranges. We do the same procedure with limes. Who does not have a special juicer, then cut the fruit into 4 parts and squeeze the juice manually. Next, cut the onion into small pieces and send it to a blender for grinding into a pulp. Mix tomato and onion puree, orange and lime juices, then add table salt, hot chili pepper and sugar. All components are thoroughly mixed, you can use a shaker. Before using the cocktail, it is necessary to cool it, or add crumbled ice to it.
