Cooking method
Remove the seeds from the cherries. We fall asleep at the bottom of a three-liter jar of 150-200 grams of sugar, then add layers of cherries and sugar, after which we pour water.
We put a medical glove with a hole in one of the fingers on the jar. In order for the glove to hold securely, we fasten it on the neck with a rope or elastic band. You can install a water seal instead of a glove.
We put a jar of cherries in a warm, sunny place. When fermentation begins, the glove will rise, after it ends, it will descend back. It takes about 2-3 weeks. After the end of fermentation, filter the drink through a lid with holes or gauze. After two or three days, we filter the liqueur through cotton wool and bottle it.
