Cooking method

Cooking time: 7 d

Dilute raspberry jam with pure (boiled) water 1:1, add sugar (if the jam is not very sweet) – half a cup of sugar for 3 liters of jam with water. Close the jar with a lid and put it for fermentation.
Conditions: dark place, room temperature. After fermentation, strain the mixture, add sugar and put the wine to ferment again. After one and a half to two months, drain the wine using a flexible tube.
Wine can be bottled and stored in a cool place. Be careful, as the wine turns out to be quite strong. It is important that the wine does not turn into vinegar during fermentation. This happens due to a lack of sugar or too high a temperature.
