Coffee spirit liqueur with vanilla and lemons

Strong coffee flavor and delicate vanilla, what could be better! The liqueur is obtained with a strong coffee aroma and taste, quite sweet and strong. You can not just enjoy it as a drink, but also use it as a flavoring agent for baking or impregnating cakes. With the proposed amount of ingredients, about 400 ml of liquor is obtained.     Pour the mixture into a clean, dry bottle. We send the bottle to a dark, cool place for 1 week. Every day we shake the bottle thoroughly, stirring the contents.

    After a week, we cook syrup from sugar and water. Everything is done simply, for this sugar is mixed with water in a saucepan and brought to a boil, at the beginning of cooking the mixture is actively mixed so that the sugar dissolves, as soon as the syrup boils, cook for another 5 minutes on low heat and leave to cool. Add the cooled syrup to the coffee mixture and leave to infuse for another 1 week, shaking the resulting mixture daily.
