We wash the cherry berries well, tear off their tails and pour them into a clean jar. Then add 1 cup of sugar and citric acid.
Do not spare the cherries, and then in winter you will fully enjoy this delicacy - a delicious compote of cherries.
Carefully pour boiling water over the cherries to the very neck. Close the lid tightly and turn it over. Leave the jar upside down until completely cooled. As you can see, you don't even need to cook anything!
