Ginger Tea with Honey and Lemon
Ginger tea is the most beneficial tea there is. You won't find this many vitamins anywhere else. I'll show you how to make one of the most beneficial teas — ginger tea. It's good for everyone: people with heart conditions, those with digestive issues, and much more. It's rich in vitamins and trace minerals. And it's fragrant and invigorating, too.
Cooking method
-
Step 1:
Boil the water. Cut off a piece of ginger and peel it.
-
Step 2:
Grate it finely. Pour boiling water over the grated root in a deep non-metal container and cover with a lid.
-
Step 3:
Be sure to wrap up the tea and let it steep for 5–10 minutes.
-
Step 4:
Done! Drink the tea with honey and lemon. But never add them to the hot water. The vitamin C from the lemon breaks down at high temperatures, and the honey loses all its beneficial properties. Enjoy!
