Cooking method
Celandine juice should be prepared in advance. To do this, large plants are collected (stems and leaves will be needed). This should be done in an ecologically clean place, away from cities and factories, as well as highways. It is best to collect celandine during flowering.
My flowers, we remove the dry leaves. After that, the plants are crushed. You can chop them with a knife, or you can turn them through a meat grinder. Squeeze the juice into a suitable container. It is easy to do this with the help of a gauze bag in which the crushed plants are placed. Then the bag is put under the press and the juice is squeezed out. Quite a lot of liquid is obtained from plants, since the stems of celandine are very juicy.
Next, the juice is combined with vodka in the following proportions: 1:1. That is, 500 ml of vodka is taken for every 500 ml of juice. it is mixed and poured into a glass container. The container is tightly closed with a lid and put in a dark and cool place for 15 days. Every 3 days we take a container and shake its contents well.
When the specified time has passed, we filter the resulting infusion through gauze folded in 3-4 layers. The infusion of celandine on vodka is ready for use, but you need to remember that before ingestion, a consultation with a doctor is mandatory. This is important because celandine is a very strong medicinal plant. Even if the specialist allows the reception, be sure to follow a strict dosage!
Take the drink this way:
1 day. Waking up, half an hour before meals, drink a mixture of 50 ml of water and one drop of tincture.
2 day. Everything is the same, only the number of drops is increased to two and take a little more water.
In the following days, every morning they increase a drop by one, and water by about 5-10 ml. We do all this until we reach 15 drops and 100 ml of liquid. In the next 15 days, we begin to reduce the amount of water and drops until we reach one and 50 ml. In general, the course is 1 month, then a break of at least 2-3 months is required.
