Pine is a unique plant, in which not only cones are useful, but they are especially useful. And if the cones are also immature, then it is generally a storehouse of useful substances: various vitamins (for example, groups B and C), micro- and macroelements. And the younger the cones, the healthier the drink will turn out! Ideally, it is necessary that the cones do not exceed three centimeters in length.
Immature cones are needed to brew this unusual and very useful tea. At the same time, they can be both freshly picked and dried. In any case, the drink will turn out fragrant and incredibly useful. What you need, in the cold season or in summer, when it's gloomy and cool outside the window.
For a variety of cones can be combined with various herbs. This will allow you to get a different shade of taste and add healing properties. But today we will prepare a classic version of tea - without additives.
So, the cones are washed under running water, dried with a towel. Then grind. They can be crushed or cut with a knife. The crushed cones are transferred to a bowl or glass.
We put water to boil. You need to take clean water - spring, filtered, bottled from the store. It is better not to use tap water for making drinks - this will spoil their taste in the end.
When the water boils, pour the crushed cones. We cover the container with a lid, you can even put a towel folded twice on top. Let the drink brew in a warm place for a quarter of an hour.
When the specified time has passed, a healthy drink with an original taste will be ready.
