Cooking method
To begin with, carefully grind the blackberry and mint leaves and put them in a jar.
Add sugar and lemon zest. The resulting mixture is filled with vodka.
The container is tightly closed and placed to infuse in the dark for 8 weeks. The contents must be mixed at least once a week.
The finished tincture will need to be filtered and kept in a cold place.
