Cooking method
To obtain a remedy with maximum healing properties, young (green) cones up to 5 cm in size are harvested, which contain oleoresin, but more mature ones are also suitable. The best time to collect cones is from mid–summer to early autumn.
To start, the cones must be washed and dried with a towel.
Now fill the clean cones with alcohol.
Leave the cones in alcohol for 2 weeks in a cool place.
When the specified time has passed, the drink is ready to drink.
Take a tablespoon once a day after meals.
