Cooking method
1. We put St. John's wort and chamomile in a small saucepan, pour a glass of drinking water.
2. We cook in a water bath for 10 minutes from the moment of boiling, after which we filter.
3. The resulting strong broth is diluted with boiling water, add honey, mix until it completely dissolves.
Tea can be served on the table.
