Cooking method
1. Chop the carcade in a coffee grinder, peel the ginger, cut thinly into rings.
2. We put the prepared ingredients in a jar, pour vodka, mix.
3. We close the jar tightly with a lid, leave it in a dark, cool place for a week.
4. Filter the drink through a sieve or through gauze.
The finished tincture should be stored in the refrigerator.
