Cooking method
We prepare tea in the following sequence:
- boil drinking water in a kettle;
- put the right amount of St. John's wort, oregano and mint in boiling water, cover with a lid;
- remove the kettle from the fire, let the drink brew for 10 minutes;
- filter the tea through a sieve, add honey to taste, if desired, you can add lemon.
The drink is ready!
During the infusion, it has cooled down, if desired, before serving on the table, you can boil it again or drink it like this, in a warm form, this tea is also very delicious.
