Cooking method
1. Peel the ginger, cut into circles.
2. In a small saucepan, pour sugar, pour water, spread the chopped ginger, send it to the fire, bring to a boil, simmer for five minutes, cool.
3. Extract the ginger pieces from the syrup, pour the melon juice and freshly squeezed lime juice.
4. Fill the glasses with ice cubes, pour the prepared drink, decorate with melon slices and candied ginger if desired.
