Cooking method
1. Berries are torn from the twigs, put in a colander, washed under running water.
2. With the help of a juicer, we extract juice. If there is no juicer, the berries can be crushed, and then squeeze the juice with gauze or through a sieve.
3. Pour the resulting liquid into a saucepan, add sugar, send it to the fire, bring it to a boil. It is not necessary to cook the juice for a long time, a couple of minutes of boiling is quite enough. 
4. We pour the juice into clean pre-sterilized glass bottles, seal them with corks. We store it in the cellar or in the refrigerator.
