Cooking method
1. Limes are well washed with a sponge, dried with a towel and remove the zest. Put the zest on the bottom of a two-liter jar.
2. We also put raspberries in a jar.
3. Pour powdered sugar.
4. Pour the gin.
5. We close the jar with a lid and put it away for 10-15 days in a dark place.
