Cooking method
First we prepare the berries. We sort it out (we use only whole, good, ripe berries), wash it, put it on a towel to dry, then transfer it to a liter jar.
Add sugar to the hawthorn, pour brandy and mix everything well, but gently, trying not to damage the berries.
We close the jar tightly with a lid and put it in a dark place, preferably cool, but not too much. That is, the refrigerator will not work in this case.
We wait a month and a half, after which we filter the liquid.
Everything is ready!
