Cooking method
1. Hyssop and mint are washed under running water.
2. Chop the leaves and stem together with the flowers with a knife.
3. Pour the crushed mint and hyssop with boiling water, cover with a lid, insist for 15 minutes.
4. Filter the broth through a sieve or through cheesecloth, add sugar to taste.
Fragrant tea is ready!
