Cranberry cocktail with ginger ale

Light alcoholic drink with cranberries - try it. Among my many drink recipes, this is the only alcoholic one. I often make ginger ale just like that, but one day I decided to make such a cocktail based on it. It turns out sweet and sour with bright notes of ginger.

1. Ginger ale. Peel and grate the ginger root. Put grated ginger, sugar and yeast in a bottle, pour lemon juice and 2 liters of water. Close the bottle with a lid and shake lightly. Leave the ale at room temperature for 2 days, periodically opening the lid and releasing the gas. Before use, strain and bottle. Store in the refrigerator.
2. Mix cranberry juice with sugar, pour into a container and place in the freezer. When it starts to harden, mix it with a fork and return it to the freezer. Repeat this 2-3 times so that you end up with a frozen crumb.
3. Put cinnamon sticks in apple juice and bring to a boil. Cool it down. Remove the cinnamon.
4. Put cranberry crumbs into glasses, pour in apple juice and ginger ale.
