We wash fresh cherries in water, clean them from the seeds with a special machine, pin or hands. Pour it into a liter jar. Then pour in the sugar and pour in the vodka. We shake the entire contents of the jar, having previously sealed it with a plastic lid. We place the workpiece for a week in a dark, cool place, not forgetting to shake it every 1-2 days. Then we take out the jar and filter the liqueur through a sieve with a layer of gauze or cotton wool.

Your delicious homemade cherry liqueur is ready!
