A spicy and fragrant hour with an incredibly mild cinnamon flavor. Fast and simple, and most importantly - useful! Instead of apples, you can use other fruits or berries.

Today in any store you can buy tea with the most exotic taste. It would seem, why do we need such recipes? And who has the desire to give their children tea, which contains only flavors and flavor enhancers? Do you think they put natural fruits in every bag, in every box? It wasn't there! And it's very easy to make very tasty, and most importantly – natural, fruit tea at home!
To start, we will brew ordinary black tea. Does someone like green or herbal more? Please, absolutely any tea to your taste.
Now let's take two beautiful fragrant apples, wash them thoroughly, cut them into small cubes, removing the seeds and the core.
Then we will put our apples in tea cups so that the apples occupy exactly half of the cup. Put a cinnamon stick on top.
Now pour the ready brewed tea and let it brew for 10 minutes.
For sweet lovers, you can add sugar to tea. Personally, I prefer honey more – both healthier and more fragrant.
That's it, our apple and cinnamon tea is ready. Bon appetit to everyone!)
