- Boil the macaroni in salted water until done. Drain it in a colander and rinse it under water. Cut the meat (mine is duck) into small pieces, and dice the onion. Fry the meat and onion in vegetable oil until done. Mix the macaroni with the meat. Put the hot pasta on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion. Enjoy!
