Chicken soup with oatmeal is a hearty everyday soup that can be successfully used in children's and dietary nutrition.
1. Prepare the products according to the list.
2. Put the chicken meat to cook, pour a small amount of water. When the water boils, cook without a lid for 5 minutes and drain the water, rinse the chicken and the pan, lay everything again, pour clean water and put it on the stove.
3. Soak the oatmeal, it is convenient to bring it to half-readiness in the microwave.
4. Prepare vegetables: peel and cut potatoes into large cubes, onions and carrots into small cubes.
5. When the chicken boils, add potatoes and oatmeal. Simmer until tender.
6. Prepare the dressing, add onions and carrots in oil.
7. Add the dressing to the soup, add the bay leaf, bring to a boil.
8. Let the soup brew a little and serve with fresh herbs.
