Cooking method
1. Break the eggs, separating the whites from the yolks.
2. Mix proteins with sugar, whisk.
3. Add the yolks, whisk again.
4. Sift the flour and mix it into the egg mass - with careful movements and in small portions.
5. Heat the pan slightly, put a few sheets of parchment on the bottom, an oiled sheet on top. The walls of the pan do not need to be smeared.
6. Pour out the dough.
7. Cover the pan with a towel, then tightly with a lid. Put it on the weakest fire plus you need to use a flame divider.
8. Bake the biscuit until ready - 1.5-2 hours. Check the readiness with a wooden stick.
