Cooking method
1. Boil the pasta in broth until ready, according to the instructions on the package.
2. Bulgarian pepper is washed, cleaned of seeds and partitions, cut into very small cubes.
3. Garlic is cleaned, passed through the press.
4. Minced meat is fried in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes, salt to taste, add chopped bell pepper and garlic mush, continue to fry until tender, about 5 minutes.
5. Combine the pasta with fried ingredients, pepper to taste.
Serve warm.
