Warm Pasta Salad with Ground Meat

    1. Cook the pasta in the broth until done, according to the package directions.
    1. Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds and ribs, and dice them very small.
    1. Peel the garlic and put it through a press.
    1. Brown the ground meat in the vegetable oil for 3–4 minutes, season with salt to taste, then add the diced bell pepper and the garlic and keep cooking until done, about 5 minutes.
    1. Toss the pasta with the cooked meat and peppers and season with pepper to taste.
