Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Wash the fresh mushrooms, peel them, and put them in a colander to drain the water. I, just in case, held 30 minutes in salted water (1 tablespoon of salt per 1 liter of water).
Step 2:
Put the mushrooms on cloth napkins, dry.
Step 3:
Pour Extra Virgin olive oil into a frying pan, heat it up, throw 3 cloves of garlic, cut into halves. Fry the garlic and remove.
Step 4:
Put the sliced onion in a frying pan and fry until golden brown.
Step 5:
Add mushrooms to the fried onion. First fry on high heat to allow moisture to evaporate. Add a little chopped parsley and fry the mushrooms over medium heat until tender.
Step 6:
Meanwhile, we fill the pan with water and open the package with pasta.
Step 7:
Cook the pasta for the time indicated on the package. Then we set it aside from the stove and keep it under the lid for about 2 minutes. We throw it into a colander, let the water drain, put it back into the pan and flavor it with olive oil so that it does not stick together. Cover with a lid. In a frying pan with mushrooms, add cream, parsley, salt, peppers. We continue to fry. If it turned out too thick, you can add boiling water from the kettle.
Step 8:
We spread the pasta on plates in portions, pour porcini mushroom sauce on top. Enjoy your meal! And in no case do not sprinkle with cheese, it will beat off the taste of mushrooms!
