Step 1:
How to make a snack of red fish and cheese? Prepare the ingredients. Cottage cheese can be with additives, choose it to your taste. I have it with greens. We need red fish in the form of fillet plates, completely pitted. In some packages, bones remain, so remove them from the fish.
Step 2:
Cut the pickled cucumbers into small cubes. If you want, you can peel them off, especially if it is hard. Instead of pickled cucumbers, you can take pickles.
Step 3:
Put the curd cheese in a salad bowl. Add the sliced cucumbers to it. Mix well. If you have ordinary cottage cheese without additives, then you can add chopped dill to it.
Step 4:
Spread the food wrap on the table and lay the slices of red fish on it overlap. It is necessary that the fish strip should be uniform and have no gaps.
Step 5:
Carefully spread the cheese filling on top, smearing it with a knife, spoon or fork. Try not to grab the very edges of the fish with the filling.
Step 6:
Spread the sprigs of curly parsley on top of the cheese (you can replace it with the usual one).
Step 7:
Now, carefully turning the fish plates with a film, roll up the fillet with the filling roll. Due to the viscous cheese, this is easy to do. Wrap the film tightly around the roll, giving it a beautiful shape. Put the roll in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Step 8:
Cut the finished red fish roll with cottage cheese into slices and serve directly to the table. Additionally, portion pieces can be decorated with sprigs of fresh herbs.
If you have wide and long fish slices, you can prepare separate rolls. Instead of cottage cheese, you can take cream or melted cheese.
Cut pieces of such a size that it is convenient to take them with your hands and put them in your mouth whole without biting off. If you take a bite, uneven slices of fillet can fall apart right in your hands.
Also try not to make a roll too thick, otherwise it will not keep its shape.
By the way, instead of cottage cheese for this snack, you can take rice for sushi.
