Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2:
Cut the onion into half rings.
Step 3:
In a cauldron or deep frying pan, melt the butter and fry the onion until transparent.
Step 4:
Cut chicken thighs in half and add to the cauldron to the onion. Fry together for about 5 minutes.
Step 5:
Peel potatoes, chop coarsely.
Step 6:
Put the potatoes in the cauldron.
Step 7:
Add bay leaves to the soup. Add salt, pepper and mix. Pour 2 liters of hot water and bring to a boil. Turn down the heat and cook under the lid for about 25 minutes.
Step 8:
Wash and chop the greens. Let the finished soup brew for 5-7 minutes, pour on plates and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
