Wash the zucchini in water, clean and remove the seeds. Then cut them into small cubes. Well-washed lemons are also cut into cubes together with the zest. Mix the zucchini with lemons, sprinkling with granulated sugar for 1.5 hours, so that the mixture gives juice. After the time has elapsed, add water and cook in the following way: bring the jam to a boil three times and cool completely after each boiling. Then we lay out the jam from zucchini with lemon in sterilized glass jars, closed with plastic lids. We store it in a cool place. Undoubtedly, this jam will really appeal to little sweet tooth. It resembles amber in color and will serve as an excellent occasion for a winter tea party. It is good to serve jam with pancakes or lemon pie.
