Step 1:
Ingredients. Boil eggs and chicken fillet in advance. Chicken fillet can also not be boiled, but baked in the oven, wrapped in foil.
Step 2:
Pour boiling water over the prunes.
Step 3:
The salad consists of 5 layers. Finely chop the chicken fillet.
Step 4:
1st layer - chicken fillet is smeared with mayonnaise.
Step 5:
Cut the fresh cucumber into cubes.
Step 6:
2nd layer – cucumber, smear with mayonnaise.
Step 7:
Boiled eggs are divided into whites and yolks.
Step 8:
Knead the yolks with a fork or you can grate them on a fine grater.
Step 9:
3rd layer – yolks, smear with mayonnaise.
Step 10:
4th layer – hard cheese, grated on a fine grater, smeared with mayonnaise.
Step 11:
With the end of a fork or a toothpick, apply the Yin Yang pattern to the salad. Draw a wavy line in the middle and mark 2 circles with small glasses.
Step 12:
Drain the water from the prunes and cut it as small as possible.
Step 13:
5th layer – lay out the drawing. First the circles: 1st of prunes, 2nd of egg white, grated on a fine grater.
Step 14:
We spread prunes around the white circle.
Step 15:
Lay out the egg whites around the black circle.
Step 16:
