Bulgur Porridge with Milk

A wholesome, fragrant bulgur porridge cooked in milk. We all know milk porridges, but a bulgur one is a rarity. It makes for an unusual but very tasty dish with a pleasant nutty aroma. Serve this thick porridge with sweet sauces or jam.
