Bulgur Porridge with Milk
A wholesome, fragrant bulgur porridge cooked in milk. We all know milk porridges, but a bulgur one is a rarity. It makes for an unusual but very tasty dish with a pleasant nutty aroma. Serve this thick porridge with sweet sauces or jam.

How do you make bulgur porridge? Gather all the ingredients.

Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring it to a boil.

While the milk heats, melt the butter in a hot skillet.

Add the bulgur to the butter and stir.

Over low heat, toast the bulgur until it's browned and smells nutty.

Add salt and sugar to taste and stir.
