Step 1:
How to make a salad with soft cheese cucumber tomato chicken peas egg? Cook the chicken eggs in advance. Wash the vegetables and dry them with paper napkins. You can take any cheese according to your taste: hard, soft, semi-hard, even melted. If you take it, slightly freeze it, and then grate it on a grater. Cut the smoked chicken meat into small pieces.
Step 2:
Take a flat salad plate, place a ring on it and start laying out layers. The first layer - half a portion of chicken - smear it with a thin layer of mayonnaise. I use a silicone brush for this.
Step 3:
Cut the fresh cucumber into strips. I didn't peel it off. If you have it too hard or bitter, I recommend cutting it off. Put a portion of cucumbers on top of the chicken
Step 4:
After each layer, I pressed and leveled the layers with a lid from the mold. Squeeze a little mayonnaise on the cucumbers and smear it on the surface.
Step 5:
Cheese can be finely chopped or grated. Put a cheese layer (half) on top of the cucumber and smear with mayonnaise.
Step 6:
Grate the peeled egg or finely chop it. Put the egg layer on top of the cheese layer, smooth it out.
Step 7:
Squeeze the mayonnaise onto the eggs and smear it with a thin layer.
Step 8:
Separate the desired amount of green peas by pumping the liquid.
Step 9:
Cut the tomato into thin slices. You can skip this step, because I added a tomato out of a desire to add brightness to the salad.
Step 10:
Spread the peas on top of the eggs, and tomatoes on top. And smear the tomatoes with a layer of mayonnaise with a brush.
Step 11:
Put the second part of the chicken on the tomatoes. Align the layers by pressing down the lid from the mold! Brush the chicken with mayonnaise.
Step 12:
Chop the green onion finely. And sprinkle them with a salad on top.
Step 13:
Sprinkle the salad with the second part of finely chopped cheese on top. Salad with smoked chicken is ready!
If you decide to add boiled vegetables to the salad, it would be better to boil them in advance, otherwise it will take longer.
You are free to add other components to the basic ingredients. The main thing is not to overdo it with a sharp one.
Slicing can be different – straws or cubes. It is especially good to cut products of the same size into pieces - it turns out many times tastier.
Next time they will prepare this salad with sour cream. Mayonnaise is too high in calories, and it gives sharpness to the finished dish.

Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
