Step 1:
How to make hot chocolate? Prepare all the necessary ingredients according to the list.
Step 2:
Take the bitter chocolate and use a knife to finely chop it or break it into small pieces with your hands. This way it will melt faster and dissolve in milk.
Step 3:
Take a ladle, pour milk into it and put the chopped chocolate. Put the ladle with the contents on a slow fire. Constantly stirring the milk and chocolate, bring them to a homogeneous state.
Step 4:
Now add the peanut paste to the ladle and stir so that the paste is completely dispersed in the drink (I used a whisk).
Step 5:
Add a pinch of salt to the finished chocolate, so the taste of the drink will become even brighter. Mix everything well again.
Step 6:
Hot, fragrant, tender, sweet and moderately viscous drink is ready. Pour it into mugs, into glasses and serve it to the table.

Of course, it's best to consume it right away while it's warm. But even in its cooled form, such chocolate is very tasty.

It is best to use whole milk or milk with an increased amount of fat content, because in this case hot chocolate will turn out to be more fatty, saturated, and therefore more delicious.

For the preparation of hot chocolate, you can use cocoa powder, ordinary tile or special culinary chocolate. Most chocolatiers agree that in order for a cup of hot chocolate to have a rich taste, it is necessary to use chocolate with a high cocoa content. In the classic version, when the drink has a light pleasant bitterness, chocolate is used, where the cocoa content is 60-70%. Of course, no dyes and GMOs should be used in chocolate.
