Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare all the ingredients for cooking chicken soup with homemade egg noodles.
Step 2:
Wash chicken legs under running water, remove the skin from them, cut into two parts and transfer to a saucepan. Fill the ham with water. We put an unpeeled onion in a saucepan. Put the pan on the fire, bring the broth to a boil, remove the resulting foam and cook under a closed lid on low heat for half an hour.
Step 3:
Let's start cooking homemade egg noodles. We drive a chicken egg into a deep bowl, pour in the cooled broth and use a fork to beat the contents of the bowl.
Step 4:
We begin to gradually introduce the flour sifted through a sieve until a thick sticky dough is obtained. Then, pinching off a small piece of dough, we begin to rub these pieces of dough between our palms, twisting the flagella of a small size.
Step 5:
Shake off the excess flour from the resulting noodles and put them on a cutting board so that it dries a little.
Step 6:
Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Carrots are also cleaned and grated on a coarse grater. We lightly pass the prepared vegetables in vegetable oil until they are soft. Onions and carrots can also be cooked in the microwave. You should just put the vegetables in a plate, add vegetable oil and put it in the microwave for a couple of minutes.
Step 7:
When the broth is ready, remove the ham and onion from it. Chicken legs are disassembled, separating the meat from the bones. Finely chop the chicken meat.
Step 8:
Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes and transfer to the broth. Cook the soup for another 10 minutes.
Step 9:
Then add chicken meat and vegetable roast to the soup, cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 10:
Next, we put homemade noodles in a saucepan, season the soup with salt and black pepper, mix gently and continue to simmer the soup for another 5 minutes.
Step 11:
Ready soup is poured on plates, sprinkled with your favorite herbs.
