Cooking method
Carrots and onions are cleaned and washed. Then grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onion into small cubes. Boil the rice for 8-10 minutes in salted water, cool. Fry the onion and carrot in vegetable oil, transfer to a plate and leave to cool. Finely chop the cabbage and crumple it with your hands. When all the preparatory work is completed, add the cooled rice, cabbage, carrots and onions to the minced meat. We drive in the eggs, and also add the pressed garlic. Mix the mass thoroughly with your hands, salt and pepper to taste, add fresh or dried herbs if desired. We form large "cutlets".
We prepare the filling: thoroughly stir the tomato paste in the water. Fry the lazy cabbage rolls in a frying pan on both sides, until golden. Pour the tomato filling to the cabbage rolls. Simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes, with the lid closed. Lazy cabbage rolls are ready!
