The very tender salted lard was easy to prepare. Many of you probably salted lard in a hot way. I also salted in different ways, but now I cook lard only according to this recipe. The whole secret is in cooking – the fat turns out to be very soft and tender.

    Prepare all the ingredients necessary for salting lard in a hot way. The recipe uses a seasoning for lard without salt. If you will use seasoning with salt, reduce its amount to 5 grams. Prepare the lard for salting, wash it well, if there are seals on the lard, scrape them off or cut them out. Cut the fat into 3 equal parts, put them in a saucepan and pour cold water.

    Put the pan on the stove and boil the fat for 3 minutes. Turn off the fat and add salt. This is the secret of cooking lard. Previously, I cooked lard in brine, after trying this recipe, I began to cook in water, and then salt the water. Lard cooked in this way is much more tender than lard cooked in brine. Cover the pan with a lid and leave for 12 hours.

    After 12 hours, we take the fat out of the brine and rub it with spices. To do this, we pass the garlic through a press, mix it with a seasoning for lard,

    And rub the fat evenly from all sides. Wrap each piece in foil and send it to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. We cut the finished fat and enjoy the unique delicate taste.
