Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Cook the custard. Rinse the pan with cold water, pour milk into it and add sugar. Put on a moderate heat and heat until the sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally. There is no need to boil - the milk just needs to get hot. The approximate time is 5 minutes.
Step 2:
Separately drive the eggs into a bowl and pour in the sifted flour.
Step 3:
Mix with a mixer at low speed so that there are no flour lumps left.
Step 4:
Pour the hot milk gradually into the egg mixture with a ladle and mix with a spoon or silicone spatula. Next, return the mixture back to the pan, mix and put on a slow fire.
Step 5:
Cook with constant stirring over low heat until thickened - this is about 5-7 minutes. Turn off the fire, let the cream cool down.
Step 6:
While the cream cools, beat the melted butter with a mixer.
Step 7:
Add the cooled cream to the oil and mix well with a mixer at low speed. The cream is ready.
Step 8:
Peel the bananas and cut into thin slices.
Step 9:
Now let's start assembling the cake. To do this, I used a small rectangular tray. We spread the cookies in one layer, filling out the form - if necessary, divide the cookies with a knife into 2 parts.
Step 10:
Lubricate the first layer of cookies with cream - it's convenient to do with a silicone brush.
Step 11:
Lay out the bananas.
Step 12:
Again we smear with cream. Thus, we lay out three layers: cookies, cream, bananas, cream and the last fourth layer - cookies and cream.
Step 13:
Cook the glaze. To do this, pour cocoa and sugar into a saucepan, pour in milk. Cook over low heat with constant stirring until thickened - about 7 minutes. Remove the glaze from the heat and add the butter, mix. The glaze is ready.
Step 14:
Pour hot icing on the cake. We give it to infuse in the refrigerator for 2.5 hours for impregnation.
Delicious cake in a matter of minutes - it turns out tender, juicy, with a taste of chocolate. If you cook the cream and glaze at the same time, then the cake can really be prepared in 15 minutes.
