Trout with Caper Sauce
The sauce makes this fish incredibly delicious. This is the second recipe from my all-fish meal, and one I'd wanted to make for a very long time. Besides trout, you can use any other salmon-family fish, or even cod.

Cooking method

Step 1:
Measure out the ingredients.

Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Step 3:
In a saucepan, combine the butter and olive oil, chopped garlic, capers, lemon juice, mustard, and dried herbs.

Bring everything to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Cut the fish into serving-sized pieces and arrange them in a foil-lined baking dish.

Season the fish lightly with salt and spoon the caper sauce over it.

Step 7:
Fold the edges of the foil over the fish to seal it. Bake for about 25 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
