Step 1:

Roll the strips into rolls.

Lubricate the mold with a diameter of 26 cm with oil. Lay out the rolls a little at a distance. Grease with beaten egg.

Turn on the oven at 250 degrees, put the rolls there, gradually reduce the temperature to 200 degrees, bake for 45 minutes until golden brown.
