Plum jam with pitted walnuts

Step 1:

Step 2:
Wash the plums, dry them, cut them in half and remove the seeds.
Step 3:
Put the plums in a cooking pot and cover with sugar.
Step 4:
Then pour in water, put it to cook over low heat until boiling.

Grate ginger.

Put the finished jam in sterilized jars, close the lids tightly. The jam should be stored in a cool place.
