1. Wash the chicken and cut it into pieces. We put it in a pressure cooker, add spices, pour water and put it to cook. As it boils, turn down the heat and cook for about 2 hours. Let the steam come out, open the lid and transfer it to the jars.
3. We send cans of stewed meat to a warm oven, cover with lids (remove the gum from them), cook for another 45 minutes. After that, we roll up the lids and put them away for storage.
